Meet the Team

Beth Haggenjos
Founder & CEO
Beth is an award-winning instructional designer, learning experience designer, management consultant, and career coach. She has a Master's degree in Adult Education with a focus on experiential learning and works with a variety of corporate, non-profit, consulting, and government clients. She is a certified Master Practitioner for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (since 2009).

Beth specializes in management consulting and design and development to deliver eLearning, instructor-led training, coaching, and more. She is well known for implementing "active learning" into her practices and teaches instructors how to "flip the classroom" to engage learners. In her downtime, Beth tinkers with technology and is self-taught in several technologies.

Beth is an active member of the Central Indiana Chapter Association of Talent Development and was recognized as the 2023 ATD-CIC Volunteer of the Year.

Ryan Haggenjos
Project Manager / Marketer
Ryan is an award-winning designer and marketer. He has a passion for videography, photography, web design, and social media marketing. Recently he was recognized for his leadership skills by the faculty at Ball State University.

Ryan is interested in methods to help people create online courses and market them to others. Furthermore, being a student himself, his perspective of careers is very beneficial to the team. He has specific interests in the way people learn through gamification and how the learning environment can be engaging and interactive.
